Our Story
TCG Market Prices was created by Pokemon collectors, for Pokemon collectors. We noticed that finding fair market values meant checking dozens of different marketplaces and comparing prices manually. We wanted a single place to see real-time pricing data from all major marketplaces.
But we didn't stop at pricing. We realized that collectors were constantly hunting for deals across multiple platforms. So we built a deal scoring system that analyzes listings and surfaces the best Pokemon card deals in real-time.
TCG Market Prices is an independent fan project. We're not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or The Pokemon Company. We're just collectors who want to make it easier for other collectors to find fair prices and great deals.
How It Works
Price Aggregation
We pull live pricing data from TCGplayer, eBay, and Cardmarket using their APIs. Our system normalizes prices across marketplaces and calculates fair market values.
Deal Scoring
We analyze each listing against fair market value, seller reputation, and market conditions to generate a deal score from 0-100. Scores above 70 are marked as "good" deals, above 85 as "hot" deals.
AI-Powered Features
We use Vision AI to identify cards from photos and AI chat to answer your pricing questions. Our AI normalizes listing titles to extract card names, sets, and conditions accurately.
Real-Time Updates
Our system continuously monitors marketplaces for new listings and price changes. Portfolio values update automatically, and watchlists alert you when matching deals appear.
